After your stroller delivery

Your stroller has been delivered and assembled. Now there are only a few points to consider and then you can get rolling.

Fold and keep

Please keep the packaging from your delivery. You will need it again to easily return the stroller and/or accessories to us.

Use it like your own
Scratches and other signs of wear are completely normal. Just treat the stroller as if it were your own. Then it is guaranteed to last for several generations.

Are you ready for a new model or your child is quickly on the move with those little legs and won't get in the stroller? Here's what to do:

Exchanging models

Write us an email to abo@loopi.ch with the subject "Exchange", the desired delivery date, model and color.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription here via your loopi user account. Please note the notice period of 14 days.
