Subscription questions

A stroller subscription duration is at least 6 months, after that you can then cancel monthly. Otherwise it is automatically extended by one month.

After the minimum term, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply cancel using the Self Service Center and do it yourself. And here. Please note the notice period of 14 days.

After the minimum subscription term (6 months) has expired you can exchange your stroller for another model at any time.

Just write us an email to with the subject "Exchange", the desired delivery date, model and color.
Please note that a setup fee will be charged again for an exchange.

Once the strollers are back with us, they are thoroughly tested, serviced, repaired, cleaned and look like new again.

Your subscription is automatically renewed by one month. From then on you can cancel monthly in Self Service Center. Please note the notice period of 14 days.

It is best to choose the delivery date one month before the due date. If your baby is born unexpectedly early, don't worry. Contact us by phone on +41 77 415 21 97 or by e-mail and we will take care of your delivery immediately.

Our strollers are all like-new - carefully tested, lovingly maintained and sparkling clean. With loopi there is no difference between "new" and "pre-loved".

The stroller is yours for at least 6 months, you are then free to change your stroller. To do this, you simply go to the >Self Service Center, cancel your current stroller and order your new stroller on the website. Caution: For the start date of the new stroller, choose the date of cancellation of your old one. Please note that an administration and setup fee will be charged again if you replace it.

Questions about delivery and returns

Yes, the stroller will be delivered to your front door. For free. On request, it can also be picked up from us in Winterthur.

Ideally, you've kept the original packaging for the return shipment. The post office will conveniently pick up the stroller or trailer from your home - or you are more than welcome to bring it to us in Winterthur in person. Of course, you'll receive precise instructions from us about arranging a home pick-up by the Post. Returning accessories? We'll email you a return label for you to print and adhere to your package for free return shipping.

Whether a subscription or purchased - unfortunately, this can happen. In any case, you should report the theft to the police. Unfortunately, we don't offer any additional theft protection at the moment, but we hope to be able to change that soon. We recommend that you include the stroller in your household contents insurance (to protect it against robbery and burglary) and, if necessary, take out additional cover for external theft (e.g. on the playground, swimming pool).
