The cashback value depends on three things: the new price (RRP), how long you've had the product, and what condition it's in.

Example: For a product with an RRP of CHF 1'000, after 12 months in “Like new” condition you get up to CHF 500 back (50 %).

  • The percentages refer to the new price (RRP). If the market price of the model changes significantly, loopi may adjust the calculation basis to the current market price.
  • The return itself is guaranteed; the exact amount is set after inspection.
  • Circular Cashback applies to products bought new from loopi, not to pre-loved or rented products.

We inspect in daylight and without tools. The condition determines which percentage applies.

  • Complete with all accessories and technically flawless

Which products does Circular Cashback apply to?

All products you order in our web shop with “Buy with CASHBACK”. We keep expanding the range.

Do I have to return the product?

No. It's your right, not your obligation. You're of course welcome to keep it.

When can I request the cashback?

From 6 months. The most recently reached level counts (6, 12 or 24 months). For special cases, get in touch with us.

Is the amount guaranteed?

What is guaranteed is that loopi buys back eligible products. The percentages are binding and refer to the new price. If the market price changes significantly, the calculation basis may be adjusted. The exact amount is confirmed after inspection.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. We pick the product up for free.

How quickly do I get the money?

Within 14 working days after you accept the offer, by bank transfer.

How do I find out what condition my product is in?

Check it carefully at home before you request an offer. Ask yourself: would you buy it second-hand yourself with a clear conscience?

What happens if my product doesn't meet the criteria?

Then we can't buy it back. We also can't pass products in poor condition on to another family. You can collect it again at your own expense, or leave it with us for recycling or donation.

What is the launch offer?

For purchases until 31.12.2026, higher percentages apply, even if you return the product later.

What's the difference compared to renting?

When you rent, you never own the product. With a cashback purchase, it's yours and you can return it later. You can also think of it as “reverse renting”.

Terms

Circular Cashback applies to products marked “Buy with CASHBACK” that were bought new from loopi. 

loopi buys back eligible products (Circular Cashback guarantee) if they are submitted in the appropriate condition. The percentages are binding. They refer to the new price; if the market price changes significantly, loopi may adjust the calculation basis. The offer we make you after inspection is binding for us. You have 7 days to accept it. Payment is made within 14 working days after acceptance. We may change or end the program; offers already accepted remain unaffected.
