In rare cases, the baby may not like the baby hammock. The hammock can be registered for return during the trial period within the first 21 days, with subsequent termination of the rental before the minimum term.

Return shipping or handover is at your own expense. A convenient and inexpensive collection service can also be ordered from loopi.

  • Put your T-shirt or blouse in the hammock together with your baby. That way your scent is with them and creates a familiar environment.
  • Make sure your baby is fed and really tired when you put them in.
  • Place your hand on your baby in the baby hammock. Speak softly and soothingly or sing a lullaby. That way your baby knows you are there.
  • Before you use the motor for rocking, first do it gently by hand. That way you can adapt the movements exactly to your baby's needs.
  • If your baby becomes restless or fussy, take them out, soothe them the way you are used to, and try again later or the next day.
