  2. You use it for as long as you need it. A buyback is possible from 6 months.
  3. You get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email.
  4. We pick up the stroller from you free of charge, inspect its condition and make you an offer.
  5. If you accept the offer within 7 days, we transfer the amount to you within 14 working days.

What age is the Bugaboo Donkey 6 Mono suitable for?

The Donkey 6 Mono is suitable for children aged 0 to 4 years, with a maximum seat load of 22 kg. Thanks to the bassinet and seat, it accompanies you from birth into toddlerhood.

Is the rain cover really always included?

Yes – at loopi, the rain cover is included as standard, even though other retailers sell it separately (currently around CHF 60 elsewhere, for example). So you're ready for Swiss weather from day one.

Can I later expand the Mono into a double stroller?

Yes – thanks to the patented 3-click system, the Donkey 6 Mono can be converted into a double stroller with a separately available extra seat, for example when a sibling comes along.

Does loopi buy back the Donkey 6 later?

Yes. The Donkey 6 is part of Circular Cashback: you buy it new, use it for as long as you like and can return it from 6 months. We pick it up free of charge, inspect it and make you an offer. More details in the “Circular Cashback Guarantee” section above.
