FAQ

What is the difference between the Bugaboo Fox 5 and the Fox 5 Renew?

The Fox 5 Renew is the successor to the Fox 5. The smooth ride, one-hand fold (even with the bassinet attached), 0–4 age range and 22 kg seat limit stay the same. New, according to Bugaboo: materials made from recycled fabrics, bio-based material, recycled aluminum and vegan leather, with around 30% less CO₂ than earlier Fox models; an extra-breathable PureBreeze mattress in the bassinet; a longer apron with a pocket; and a beach mode that switches to two wheels for easier rides through sand or snow. At 13 kg (with seat) it is slightly heavier than the Fox 5 at 12.2 kg.

When do you switch from the bassinet to the seat?

Usually from around 6 months, once your baby can sit up unaided for longer periods. You then convert the bassinet into the seat, as both use the same frame. If in doubt, check with your pediatrician.

Can the Bugaboo Fox 5 Renew be used from birth?

Yes. The bassinet is always included at loopi, so you can use the Fox 5 Renew from birth. Later you convert it to the seat, which fits up to about 4 years or 22 kg.

Does loopi buy back the Fox 5 Renew later?

Yes – the Fox 5 Renew is one of our Circular Cashback products. You buy it new, use it for as long as you like, and then get a fair buyback offer from us. More on this in the "Buyback Offer" section above.

How much does Bugaboo Fox 5 Renew cost at loopi?
